The objective of this re-evaluation project was to provide oversight for the customer`s comprehensive PLM implementation across its entirety. This initiative entailed the integration of PTC’s Windchill for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) across various phases, comprising rigorous process analysis, refinement of tool strategies, and meticulous roadmap adjustments. In its capacity, biz:feat ensured the seamless and effective deployment of PLM, harmonizing with the customer`s strategic imperatives.

TECHNICAL UPGRADE

The aim of this project was to facilitate a technical upgrade of PTC Windchill. A global automotive supplier specializing in innovative solutions spearheaded this critical transition. Recognizing the necessity of a meticulous upgrade process, given the unsupported direct migration between Windchill versions, the customer prioritized seamless integration and optimization of their product lifecycle management system. This initiative was geared towards enhancing operational efficiency and maintaining a competitive edge within the automotive industry.

IoT PROOF OF CONCEPT

Purpose of this IoT PoC was to integrate 2 machines including the peripherals used (pressure curve, temperature control unit, heating channel), determine all relevant parameters & calculation of the ROI for the OEE and Energy Reporting and build comparable dashboards in AWS and Azure IoT Hub (+ Power Bi) as decision basis.

GLOBAL TESTING CAPABILITIES

The purpose of this project was to build a robust system architecture to display global testing capabilities across all branches of the customer. This involved retrieving real-time information from multiple databases and delivering data on demand through a unified interface. This solution enhanced visibility and accessibility of testing capabilities, facilitating better coordination and decision-making across the organization.

MIGRATION

December 2021 – September 2022

The purpose of this project was to merge and migrate data from Siemens TeamCenter source systems to the Windchill target system. Achieving project success required a deep understanding of the source and target systems’ architecture, the migration process, and the transformation scripts. biz:feat directed and ensured the seamless integration and precise data transfer between these complex systems.

Participants develop their own business ideas and navigate all phases of a genuine business project, including brainstorming, team building, planning, production, marketing, sales, and closing deals. This initiative is proudly supported by the Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research, the Vienna Chamber of Commerce, and the Vienna Economic Society.
